3. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities under your account.

These TOS are governed by the laws of US, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to these TOS will be brought exclusively in the courts of AZ.
